i wanna write a proper post (at least by my standards) :)


today, i woke up at 1130am, officially. got up but won't be cleaning myself until further notice. and then it rained. it poured... hurm. looks like my plans are flying out the window. it really did, afterwards.


went out around 230pm to have lunch first. went to K11. thank goodness it was not as crowded due to the fact that it's a holiday week. so then we had lunch there, in our fun attires. :) went over to the JOHO area despite the threatening rain. ended up getting quite wet. well, i respect that they are professionals in their field, and are practically the cool crowd. my prayers to avoid me from looking like a scene-virgin wasn't answered - i totally look like a dork right then. but really, i wasn't expecting such snobbery from such great people. i guess that's what happens when coolness gets to people's head. whatever - i don't think i'll be attending such snobby occasions again. i don't know how Betty handles the humiliation.


went to Holiday Plaza afterwards. had fun, going into boutiques, trying stuff. we spent the longest time at Chamelon, a low-end version of Sasa. i regretted having forked out a relative fortune for a headband. what i saw in Chamelon was a fraction of what i paid for and yet they're the same thing. had a lot of qualms about buying a ring. i wanted new rings but i guess my high taste prevented me from buying any. nothing seemed to make the cut (no pun intended) but i did buy new underwear. from Parkson, nonetheless. my first Parkson purchase by myself. haha~


we wanted to return to JOHO for the event but it looked dark. so we went for dinner at SS first then we went to Bazaar JB. Had fun too - great people. i miss non-UTM Johorean Malays! :P bought myself a graphic tee. should have bought another one that i also pined for... if i'm tightening my belt, i might as well tighten it the whole way :P


had great fun today. though with some hopes and expectations dashed. no point looking up to such people anymore. nevertheless, thanks a big bundle of thingamajoy to the girls Nisa, Syaz and Mimi!
